Graham has been making the TV rounds lately.

This evening, he appeared on the cable channel E Entertainment Network, on the E True Hollywood Story: Johnny Cash.

On Sunday Graham was profiled on CBS News Sunday Morning

Summary:

After 30 years, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young are still the voices of their generation. They recently released a CD of all new songs, and completed a national tour. Nash is Graham Nash, whose songs we have been singing for more than 30 years. Rita Braver profiles him.

For the past several months that I've noticed, Highlander Musical Audio Products has been running an ad in Guitar Player Magazine with endorsements from David and Graham. They use Highlander pickups for their acoustic guitars.

Crosby quote: "The best sounding bridge pickup in the world."

Nash quote: "When playing live on stage, there's only one way to go, Highlander is it."

05/20/00

*Reminder*

David Crosby will be a guest 05/28/00 on CSPAN's "Booknotes" segment, as an author.
He will discuss his new book
"Stand and Be Counted".

Neil Young is on the cover of Guitar World Acoustic Magazine Spring Issue #35.
The name of the article is called Acoustic Godfather: Neil Young.

The UK's great music magazine MOJO, features Neil Young in the May 2000 issue, in a short interview
titled
"Good Evening, Porch." There is also a full page ad for his current solo release, Silver and Gold.

Celebrating a birthday today is Rick Wakeman and my friend Joe Ray.

This appeared in the syndicated "Liz Smith" newspaper column today:

"Ron Silver has a hit one-man show at the Canon Theatre in Beverly Hills where he stars in 'Bill Graham Presents.' When the great Jefferson Airplane star, Grace Slick, turned up with her daughter, China Kantner, she was amazed to learn that Ron had never known the entrepreneur Graham. Grace said the show 'opened floodgates of memory.' And she praised the Tony-winning star's performance. Everybody has flocked to this - Jefferson Airplane's bassist Jack Casady, Tom Petty, Jackson Browne, Mick Fleetwood, and Deborah Harry. The show runs through June 4 and there are plans for a New York opening in 2001.
