DAVID CROSBY QUOTE:
from the Columbus Dispatch Newspaper - Thursday, February 7, 2002
"When Stephen's playing with Neil, that's the best Stephen Stills
you're going to see.
Nobody else can elicit that kind of response from him that Neil
can. Neil can get him to play
guitar better than any other person on Earth. That's when it happens,
when the two of them
start to talk to each other with
those guitars -- ever since I saw them the first time with the
Springfield.
It's very potent stuff.''

In The Big Take Over Magazine
issue #49 (IGGY POP on the cover)

Sunday (February 10) OFF THE RECORD with Joe Benson will feature
the music of
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
and more of his exclusive conversation with Stephen Stills and
Graham Nash.

I receive this note From Windy Wagner @ her participation on the forthcoming
GRAHAM NASH record:

Windy with kd lange
"... I sang on 'Penguin in a Palm Tree' and the song about "Survivors" (Songs
for Survivor's-which will be the name of the album due out in
March 2002
-Lorraine). I think we did the session in 2000. The tracks that I did sing
on were really cool songs. There were four singers - myself, Kate Markowitz
(who is amazing), Dorian Holley (who is amazing!) and Arnold McCuller (who is
also amazing! :)).
Graham was very sweet and great to work for. Russ Kunkel was producing,
and
he is just one of the most beautiful people you'll ever meet.....and
incredibly talented! We worked at a studio called O'Henry in the
Valley (LA) and it
was a lot of fun."

GERRY TOLMAN (CSN's manager) confirmed with me that GRAHAM NASH'S
record will be released this
MARCH 2002 entitled, SONGS FOR SURVIVOR'S.
He also confirmed that 2 of the songs slated for Stephen Stills
forth-coming effort
will be OLD MAN TROUBLE and FEED THE PEOPLE.
Currently seen on the CSNY 2002 tour.

In the January 9th, 2002 Issue of BILLBOARD
LET'S ROLL sits @ #34 in the MAINSTREAM Rock tracks chart,
for the 2nd week. It re-entered the charts 5 weeks ago.

"Let's Get Together"

WILLY
Willy is my child, he is my father
I would be his lady all my life
He says he'd love to live with me
But for an ancient injury
That has not healed
He said I feel once again
Like I gave my heart too soon
He stood looking thru the lace
At the face on the conquered moon
And counting all the cars up the hill
And the stars on my window sill
There are still more reasons why
I love him
Willy is my joy, he is my sorrow
Now he wants to run away and hide
He says our love cannot be real
He cannot hear the chapels' pealing silver bells
But you know it's hard to tell
When you're in the spell if it's wrong or if it's real
But you're bound to lose
If you let the blues get you scared to feel
Like a shiny light breaking in a storm
There are so many reasons why
I love him.
